The National Commission for Civic Education, Ejisu Municipal Directorate engages the in-school youth in the Municipality to commemorate this year’s Citizenship Week Celebration (CWC) under the theme: SUSTAINING GHANA’S DEMOCRACY: GHANAIAN VALUES IN PRACTICE: THE ROLE OF THE CHILD”.
CWC as one of the commission’s flashy programs is organized to remind basic school pupils of their responsibilities as active citizens, and their role to build a strong, vibrant and a democratic Ghana. It also creates the platform for eminent personalities in society (role models) to interact and impart virtues of good citizenship to the pupils across the country.
