On 6th October 2022, we started the program at Deduako, the chief and people were seated around 10:30 to welcome the Hon MCE and his entourage. At first, the Hon assembly member for the area welcomed the MCE and his entourage and commended Hon S.O Frimpong for the good job done since assuming office.
Hon S.O Frimpong, the MCE for Ejisu Municipality addressed Nananom with his visions and the purpose of his visit. He spoke about terrorism, the one house one toilet policy by the government, building in waterlogged areas, payment of taxes esp the property rate.
The chief of Deduako enumerated some developmental projects he wants the assembly to help them with:
(A) Completion of the twelve-unit classroom block with the headteacher’s office that the chief and his people have constructed to the lentil level
(B) Expansion of the Oda bridge at Donyina
(C) Rubbish container etc.

From Deduako we went to Ohenediem, the chief of Ohenediem, Nana Kwasi Appiah II and the people of Ohenediem requested the following: Mechanize borehole, rubbish container, approved plan for the town, fixing of the collapsed footbridge to Deduako, etc.
At the end of the program, the chief and his people presented plantains, yams and two cocks to the MCE and his entourage.

At Saape, the MCE and his entourage met the representatives of the chief who was not around. The elders enumerated several developmental projects they want the assembly to help them with, some of them are poly tank to be fixed on the mechanized borehole constructed by the Middle Belt Agency for the town, completion of abandoned six-unit and three-unit classroom blocks started by the Middle Belt Agency, an extension of electricity and transformer for the town.
The elders of the town presented plantains to the MCE and his entourage.
In all the requests the three towns made, the Hon MCE suggested to them to make a scale of preference to put their most needed request on top and bring it to the assembly through their assembly member so that the assembly can put them in the next year’s budget to be executed in 2023.
