Municipal and District Assemblies are mandated by the constitution to account for their stewardship and the management of the public resources that have been entrusted into their care by the people.
In view of this, Ejisu Municipal Assembly organized a Town Hall Meetings on the 29th, 2022 at the Church of Pentecost to interact with the various segments of society and also create a platform for them to ask questions on development issues and utilization of Assembly resources to better their lives
The Municipal Chief Executive, Hon. Samuel Oduro Frimpong in his speech highlighted on the incredible achievements the Ejisu Municipal Assembly has made since its inception over a year ago.
He presented to the people the highlights of programmes, projects and activities as well as policy decisions that the Assembly was implementing for sustainable development through a broader and effective consensus building with the public.
There were presentations by various Heads of Departments of the Assembly on administration, Transport, health, Agriculture, Social Welfare and Community Development, and Education.
Hon. Samuel Oduro Frimpong called on all Assembly members and stakeholders to support the Assembly in order to fulfill its set development agenda.
